NOTICE OF FEE STRUCTURE FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED TO STD. I IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26 (BATCH 2025 – 26)
- In exercise of the powers vested in them under S.6 (1A) read with S. 6 (1C) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011, the management declares the fee structure for students entering Std. I in the Academic Year 2025-26 (Batch 2025-26), as tabulated below.
- This fee structure is only applicable for students entering Std. I in the Academic Year 2025-26 and till their Std. V in Academic Year 2029-30.
- Subject to the provisions of S. 6 (1C) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011, which gives the right to the management to increase the fees declared under S.6(1A), this fee structure is applicable for the “Batch 2025-26” entering Std. I, till their Std. V in Academic Year 2029-30, as under ;

In case, any student takes admission in Std. II to Std. V in subsequent Academic Years for this “Batch 2025-26, the fee structure specified above of that year will be applicable for such admissions.
The non-refundable one time Admission Fee for Std. I to V will have to be paid only by those students who are seeking admission to this school as a fresh admission / new admission.
- INTEREST FREE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
For parents seeking admission for their wards in AY 2025-26, they will have to pay Refundable Interest Free Security Deposit by cheque in the name of “NAVA BALODYAN TRUST”
The deposit amount for admission in Academic Year 2025-26 is Rs. 20,000/-
- The management has exercised the right available to them under the proviso to S. #A (1) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011 and offered an option to the parents to pay the fees on an annual basis.
- ANNUAL FEE PAYMENT OPTION at the time of admission
Parents exercising the option to pay the fees on an annual basis are required to make the entire payment at the time of admission of that Academic Year.

- HALF-YEARLY AND QUARTERLY PAYMENT OPTIONS
The management has exercised the discretion vested in them under S.3A(1) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011, and has decided to offer the parents the option to pay the fees on half yearly or quarterly basis.

6.1 HALF YEARLY PAYMENT OPTION
Parents are required to pay half yearly fees as indicated below :-
Payment for 2nd instalment has to be by post-dated cheque ,payable on or before the due date as specified above, all payable in Mumbai, to be submitted to the school alongwith payment of first instalment.
6.2 FOR QUARTERLY FEE PAYMENT OPTION
Parents are required to make quarterly payments as decided by the management exercising
the right vested in them under Section 3A (1) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation Of Fee) Act,2011. The payment to be made every quarter is as follows :

Payment for 2nd, 3rd & 4th instalment shall be by post-dated cheques, payable before the due date, all payable in Mumbai, to be submitted to the school along with the payment of first instalment.
- MODE OF PAYMENT
- No cash payment shall be accepted under any circumstances.
- Online payment
Parents opting for Annual payment have the option of making online payment.
- Payment by cheque/DD
Parents opting for payment by cheque should deposit the cheques separately for each Head of payment such as Tuition Fees, Term Fees, PTA Fees.
- PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
- Cheque /s can be deposited by the parents either directly in the notified bank accounts or can be dropped in the school drop box in the school premises or submitted to the school office.
- If parents are depositing the cheque / s directly in the notified bank accountor putting in the drop box in the school ; following steps are to be followed.
- Parents are required to write the name of the Student, Standard, Division, Name of the Parent and their Mobile Number on the reverse of each cheque.
- Separate cheque is required for each Head of Fees ie Tuition Fees, Term Fee & PTA Fee.
- For parents choosing Half yearly or Quarterly payment options, the post-dated cheques for the subsequent instalments must be submitted to the school office along with the payment of 1St instalment.
- Where applicable as per point no. 4, the cheque for Interest Free Deposit payable to Nava Balodyan Trust, must be paid along with the first instalment.
- LATE PAYMENT FEE
If the Tuition Fee is not credited to the School Bank Account on or before the notified dated set out herein, the same will be subject to late payment fee of Rs. 1/- per day as per rules.
- CORRECT NOTIFIED AMOUNTS TO BE PAID
Parents are requested to ensure that correct notified amount is paid under each head of fees. If the parents make any payment in part of the respective notified fee component, the same will not be considered as compliance of the fee payment schedule and the balance will be subject to late payment fee of Rs. 1/- per day of default as per rules.
- DISHONOUR OF CHEQUES / STOP PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Any dishonor / stop payment instruction of cheques issued by the parents towards any of the heads of fees or for interest free refundable deposit will be treated as non-payment of fees & will be subject to late payment fee as calculated above. In addition, bank charges levied on the school for such cheque dishonor along with administrative charges shall be recovered from the parents.
The additional amount towards bank charges & administrative charges shall be Rs. 500/- for each cheque default and this may be increased solely at the discretion of the Management.
If any charges are levied by the Bank / Service provider on the school for payment of fees through credit card / debit card / Google Pay / UPI Pay / Paytm etc. for payment of fees, the same will be required to be paid by the parent to the school.
- ADMISSION PROCESS SHALL BE TREATED AS COMPLETED ONLY AFTER
- All documents along with signed application forms are submitted to the school office.
- Entire payment of all fees and deposits are made as notifies.
If parents do not complete these procedures within the stipulated time, the admission to their ward will stand cancelled, and the decision of the Management shall be final.
If you complete the admission process of your child in the School on his / her being selected for admission, you are deemed to have accepted all the rules and regulations of the school, including the rules relating to payment of fees, Interest free Deposit and also the fee structure announced by the School.
